A double-ferrule check valve combines a non-return flow mechanism with a double-ferrule compression fitting for robust and leak-tight connections. The valve operates automatically, typically with a spring-loaded poppet or disc, to allow forward flow and immediately block reverse flow. Its double-ferrule system provides excellent grip on the tubing, minimizing the risk of leaks under high pressure, vibration, or thermal cycling. Its double-ferrule system provides excellent grip on the tubing, minimizing the risk of leaks under high pressure, vibration, or thermal cycling. This design is widely applied in instrumentation, chemical processing, and hydraulic systems where precision, reliability, and safety are critical.
Tube Check Valve adopts double ferrules structure-front ferrule, back ferrule, and a nut- connecting tube at both ends to withstand more pressure up to 210 kgf/cm². Tube Check Valve allows fluid (liquid or gas) to flow through it in only one direction.
