Straight through quick couplings hose socket, also known as straight through quick couplings barbed hose plug, is commonly used to connect piping in medical industry, fluid conveying, food and beverage, injection molding, marine, high pressure washer, and car washer industries so on. It is suitable for fluid such as water, hydraulic oil, chemical products, air, gas, high-viscosity fluid (e.g. grease) and powder. Straight through quick couplings hose socket, also known as straight through quick couplings barbed hose plug, is commonly used to connect piping in medical industry, fluid conveying, food and beverage, injection molding, marine, high pressure washer, and car washer industries so on. It is suitable for fluid such as water, hydraulic oil, chemical products, air, gas, high-viscosity fluid (e.g. grease) and powder.
Hose plug is a plug with barbed hose end. Straight through quick coupling without valve structure results in less pressure loss and high rate of speed and flow. Upon connection, fluid is allowed to go through at maximum flow and stable working pressure. Straight through quick couplings include male thread, female thread, and hose type. These are general purpose quick couplers which can connect at either end.
Quick Couplings include one-way shutoff, two-way shutoff and two-way shutoff (grease type), straight through type, and camlock type. The material option of one-way shutoff includes with SUS304, SUS316, nylon+ glass fiber, steel, and nylon.
