JIS 30-degree Flare Hydraulic Fittings Male Adapter
JIS 30° Flare Hydraulic Fittings Unions are widely used for joining tubing in a hydraulic fluid and gas system, such as chemical processing systems, fuel delivery, fluid power and so on.
JIS 30-degree Flare Hydraulic Fittings Unions are made of stainless steel, one-piece straight adapter. They are designed with 30-degree taper seat metal to meatal sealing. Unions are for connection and disconnection of tube to achieve a free flow of liquid, gas. It is used as the diversion port in pipelines. One end is male thread and another is 30-degree flare with JIS thread to connect crimp hose fittings or JIS 30-degree swivel female fittings.
Hydraulic fitting series provides a variety of selection, including straight unions, 45-degree elbows, 90-degree elbows, Tees, nuts, plugs and caps. Flare design adopts taper metal sealing technology to provide crack resistance withing worrying about temperature and fluid.
