JIC 37° Flare Hydraulic Fittings Female Connector (THFC ) – CHIBIN Machine
The female adapter facilitates the connection of JIC lines to PT or NPT threaded connections. It features a 37° tapered seat end and male parallel threads (UN/UNF) on one side, while the other side has an internal pipe thread (BSPT, BSPP, or NPT). These tube fittings find extensive use in various applications, including hydraulic power systems, fuel delivery and fluid power systems, heavy machinery industries like agriculture and construction, the oil and gas industry, plumbing applications, as well as factory settings such as assembly lines, presses, and robotics. The female adapter facilitates the connection of JIC lines to PT or NPT threaded connections. It features a 37° tapered seat end and male parallel threads (UN/UNF) on one side, while the other side has an internal pipe thread (BSPT, BSPP, or NPT). Crafted from 304 or 316 stainless steel hexagonal bar stock, this female connector ensures incredible durability and long-lasting support for the adapter.
Hydraulic fitting series provides a variety of selection, including straight unions, 45-degree elbows, 90-degree elbows, Tees, nuts, plugs and caps. Flare design adopts taper metal sealing technology to provide crack resistance withing worrying about temperature and fluid.
