Stainless steel compression fittings unions are widely used in hydraulic tubes such as heavy machinery, aviation, petrochemical, shipbuilding, power plant, solar energy, and also applied in gas tubbing.
Compression fittings union presents straight shape. Compression fittings unions are designed to connect tubing with same outside diameter to achieve the oil continuous transportation in pipelines. It is used as the diversion port in pipelines.
Compression fittings are made of 304 stainless steel body and nut, and SUS 316 single ring by heat treatment to enhance strength and toughness. CHIBIN provides various configurations of tube fittings for selection, including straights, 90-degree elbows, tees, bulkheads, nuts, ferrules, plugs, and caps. Nut threads are electroplated to prevent wear and improve smoothness for easier installation.

- Two different pressure load for selection - L series (light-duty) & S series (heavy duty).
- Suitable for corrosive fluids.
- Nuts are made from bar stock for better fatigue and durability.
- Ring is heat treated for enhancing hardness, strength and toughness.
