BS5200 60-degree Cone Hydraulic Fittings Union / Adapter
BS5200 60° Cone Hydraulic Fittings Unions are widely used for joining tubing in a hydraulic fluid and gas system, such as chemical processing systems, fuel delivery, fluid power and so on.
BS5200 60° Cone Unions are designed based on UK BS5200 Standard. 60-degree Cone Hydraulic Fittings Unions are made of stainless steel, one-piece straight adapter. Unions are for connection and disconnection of tube to achieve a free flow of liquid, gas. It is used as the diversion port in pipelines. One end is parallel thread (G thread) and another is 60-degree cone seat to connect crimp hose fittings or 30-degree flare hydraulic fittings.
BS5200 hydraulic fitting series provides a variety of selection, including Unions, straight unions, 90-degree male elbows, butt weld sleeve nut set. Cone design adopts metal sealing technology to provide crack resistance withing worrying about temperature and fluid. Due to shorter G thread than JIS thread, it is incompatible with female thread JIS Swivel hydraulic fittings.
