BS5200 60° Cone Hydraulic Fittings Butt Weld Sleeve Nuts are widely used for joining tubing in a hydraulic fluid and gas system, such as chemical processing systems, fuel delivery, fluid power and so on.
BS5200 60° Cone Butt Weld Sleeve Nuts are designed based on UK BS5200 Standard. Sleeves with 30-degree cone seat are integrated with nuts and all constructed of stainless steel. 30-degree flare sleeves are for 60-degree cone fitting connection or crimp hose fittings. Another end will be welded with stainless hose.
BS5200 hydraulic fitting series provides a variety of selection, including Butt Weld Sleeve Nut, straight unions, 90-degree Butt Weld Sleeve Nut, butt weld sleeve nut set. Cone design adopts metal sealing technology to provide crack resistance withing worrying about temperature and fluid. Due to shorter G thread than JIS thread, it is incompatible with female thread JIS Swivel hydraulic fittings.
