JIC 37° Flare Hydraulic Fittings
JIC 37-degree Hydraulic Fittings, also known as SAE 37° Flare fittings, are fittings machined with an external 37° flared seating. This metal-to-metal sealing technique ensures there is no leakage. SAE fittings are widely used in both hot and cold environments. Additionally, the SAE Swivel enhances the versatility and flexibility of hydraulic fittings.
The 37° hydraulic flare fitting is suitable for both fixed tubing and hydraulic hoses and must be used together with JIC Swivel Fittings or Crimp Hose Fittings PTFE Hose to JIC 37° Swivel Crimp Hose Fittings High Pressure Hydraulic Hose to JIC 37° Swivel. Its design incorporates a 37-degree flared seat that utilizes metal sealing with an external taper, eliminating the need for an O-ring. As a result, there is no need to consider the medium or temperature. Due to its excellent sealing design, shock resistance, and ease of installation, this fitting is extensively employed in tubing connections for chemical processing systems, fuel delivery, fluid power, and gas applications.
