How It Works
When the plug is inserted, the internal valve is pushed open, allowing residual pressure to safely escape and complete the connection.
Applicable fluid : oil, hydraulic oil, water, medicine, air (note:Steam and hot water can damage seals, and the extent of the damage depends on the temperature).
Connection Process
During connection:
The internal valve opens, and residual pressure begins to discharge.
After connection:

After connection:
All remaining pressure is released, ensuring a secure, fully completed connection.
Two-way shutoff quick couplings present closure upon disconnection. When socket and plug are connected, two ends remain open to enable fluid and hydraulic oil to go through. The design of auto aligned valve provides better sealing.
When the plug and socket are disconnected, the design of the poppet valve enables the auto re-set to its original position before connection and enhances the safety sealing of plug or socket.
Quick Couplings include one-way shutoff, two-way shutoff and two-way shutoff (grease type), one touch quick coupling, straight through type, and camlock type.
