The Reducing Union Elbow (RUE) is a 90° double-ferrule compression tube fitting designed to connect two tubes of different outer diameters (O.D.) while changing the flow direction. With 316 stainless steel construction and metal-to-metal sealing, the RUE ensures secure, leak-tight connections even in high-pressure, corrosive, or vibration-prone environments.
This fitting is particularly useful when fluid or gas lines require both a size transition and a directional change — common in instrumentation, chemical, petrochemical, water treatment, and process-piping systems.
